Having 20 years plus experience in a cross-section of business, worked on various leadership positions in India Homes, Aditya Birla Group, Reliance, ICICI Bank, Coca-cola & Gillette. He is the main force behind keeping the project on course and ahead of time. The key task he has taken on himself is to bring the latest technology in construction which ends up creating value to the customers. Apart from managing stakeholders, the key function of sales and Marketing is also under him. He is an MBA with a fair amount of experience in customer insights.

Suresh Chandani

Brings to the table operational wizardry and execution prowess, he has more than 18 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Industry. Suresh has worked in various key positions in ICICI bank, hands-on both assets and liability side, for Balaji AP he is an indispensable asset who manages the legal and compliance part, design efficiency, day to day operations, banking, retail mortgagees and after-sales service to the valued customers.

Neelesh Vishwakarma

The youngest emerging leader in the group, aged just 29, full of vitality & vigour to keep the pace of the projects, customer experience and onboarding new technologies /vendors on board. He manages financial accounting and returns.
