1) What is the distance of AP Villas from the railway station & MP Nagar?

Ans: This project is on BDA road Awadhpuri, in side saumya estate, fully covered campus. This is 6 km from MP Nagar & 8 Km from Rani Kamplapati (Habibganj) Railway Station. Most of the daily needs are close by, less than a 500-meter radius e.g. banks ,ATM, School, College, Markets, Dairy, Sweet shops, Nursery, Gym, Hospital & Dance Classes.

2) Is this project AP Villas approved by govt. bodies?

Ans: Yes this is not only approved but govt. bodies but also consumers can seek a loan on this property any time any bank.

3) This is a small campus so what are the common amenities & expenses for the same?

Ans: Yes it’s a small campus, however it’s a myth that small projects have high maintenance costs of common amenities, through innovation & technology its made possible to have minimal expenses on security, water supply, sewage, common roads & club, cleaning etc, we are trying to use solar energy for water, sewage treatment, street lights so that residents have less per month maintenance cost.

4) Is the Plot size of 810 Sq feet not small?

Ans: Plot size might appear small but its budget-friendly , having parkings in side , 1 bedroom ground floor & two large bedrooms on the First floor, two separate main entrance, total construction area is 1300 sq feet.

5) Where Visitors will park their vehicles?

Ans : We are giving the widest inside roads, 30 feet wide, which is easy to pass through for any vehicle, even both side cars are parked. Even some of the largest colonies are not having such wide road inside.

6) This project looks expensive?

Ans: No not at all, the prices are kept very competitive vis-a-vis neighborhood projects. However, a dream house is purchased usually for dwelling purpose not for resale so all the modern & premium fittings, common areas, sitouts ,gym , party hall , sweage system , solar lights if you compare with other properties it’s the most economical of all with a clear promise of comfortable hassle free long term stay.

7) What is a guarantee for seepage & leakage?

Ans: We are using red bricks as opposed to ash bricks like our competitors , ash bricks have high water absorption & retention rate, plus we are giving roof waterproofing to safeguard future water seepage & leakage.

8) Do this project have a large enough room size?

Ans: Yes on the ground floor the only bedroom is of small size 100 sq feet as we have not compromised on kitchen size & living area size.  The first floor bedrooms are really large in size. Top floor loft has sufficient storage area to keep less usable goods.

9) What about ventilation & air circulation?

Ans: All bedrooms & main hall have large size windows for cross ventilation & kitchen too is very airy and ventilated.

10) What about security & safety in the night?

Ans: The campus is covered from all sides having CCTV cameras on all weak sneak points plus security guards for 24 x 7 vigil and to make manual entry of incoming guests.

10) Is there Availability of Public transport?

Ans: The red bus &  mini share taxis, autos are available ( 24×7 )  just 200 -300 meters walk from 7 am to 11 pm in the night. School buses come on the main gate of the project.

11) What about the availability of domestic helps & drivers?

Ans: This campus is a sub set in Soumya estate which one of old & plush colony of Awadhpuri around 20 years old having 150 bungalows , so mostly all domestic help like electricians,painters, carpenters , bai , drivers are abundantly available.

12) I am an investor, what kind of appreciation I can look at short term & long term?

Ans: We believe for the appreciation of any property the important part is location, build quality, brand name ,occupancy & positive word of mouth. All the combinations are in the favour of ap villas so you can look at reasonable growth in short period of 3 years of retention.

13) When will I get the keys of my house?

Ans: After booking it will take 15 months( +/- 3 months )  for us to hand over the keys to you.
